Aaberg Travel exists because the same questions kept coming back before every trip: what do we actually need, which day is likely to fall apart, and what is the one booking that cannot be moved. The answers lived in message threads and never got written down properly.

How this is written
Every checklist on this site has been packed and unpacked at least once. Every place piece comes from a trip taken in the season it describes, not from a press release or someone else's blog.
What the checklists are for
They are meant to be edited. Cut anything that does not apply to your trip, add what we missed, and bring the marked-up version back to us so the next version is better.
Independence
No paid links, no sponsored stays, no gear sent for review without saying so. If a recommendation comes from something we bought ourselves, the page says that too.
Where this stops
We do not book trips, hold tickets or speak for any operator. A checklist here is a starting draft rather than the official list your airline, park or border publishes, and where a page leans on a timetable, the company's own page is the one to trust on the day.
Sending something back
Corrections, additions and marked-up checklists all arrive through the contact page, and they matter more to us than new ideas: a page three readers have argued over stays useful longer than one nobody has tested. Say which page you mean and what you would change, and it gets changed.
